We’re sure that you have seen a lot of unusual and interesting concepts of wall clocks including posts on our website but this concept is a bit different. Designer Giha Woo decided to knock into one back and front sides of the clock. She removed the tics on the front and replaced the hands of the clock with the batteries that run it! And called this clock “Front and Back”! Very creative idea!

Made of aluminum framework, C-shape hour hand, and glossy flexible PVC film, the soft clock concept is an impressive deviation from traditional outer surface clock hands.

Telling time requires a very basic and ubiquitous skill but what if the whole concept were completely redesigned? UnTime explores hours and minutes as two counter-turning discs that are every bit as accurate. It’s actually very easy to read – if not easier. It’s just a small learning curve. We can imagine some really interesting watches with this dual-dial design.

Digital clock: only figures, no case, only the necessary – only accurate time. Each figure has self-contained power supply and independent control, it can be fixed to any surface autonomously. A light sensor will switch the clock to an invert mode: the figures are white in the dark time of day and black at daytime.
