The Hourglass Clock is a clock like no other. Designed by David Dear, this modern clock displays the time as the top and bottom rotate independantly of each other. The unusual "hour glass" shape allows for two cones to rotate at different speeds - the upper cone representing minutes and the lower cone representing 12 hours. An embossed red line indicates the current time. A round window through the top of the clock provides a view of the second wheel rotating.
The Hour Glass Clock is beautifully made, and has a solid feel partly thanks to the heavy metal top and base.
